These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the InSpyNet platform, operated by Inspiron Labs Inc.
InSpyNet is provided to organizations under a subscription agreement. Access is restricted to authorized users of the subscribing organization, subject to the role assigned to their account.
Customers may only monitor assets they own or are authorized to monitor on behalf of their organization.
Service levels, support terms and data retention are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
